Papers should be original, in pdf format and their submission should be done electronically via the following link: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=nlpcs2018
Please note that for each accepted paper, at least one author must register for this workshop before the deadline. Otherwise, the paper cannot be published in the proceedings.
Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere in English or in any other language. We may verify originality and detect plagiarism.

Final Paper Submission
To ensure that your paper is published in the proceedings by the publisher you need to follow carefully the NLPCS template and these important guidelines:
1. We advise all authors to have their material checked by a professional copy editor or other suitable person, who should also check that all works cited in the text are listed in the reference section:
- having their material carefully checked by a native speaker of English if they are not native speakers themselves
- obtaining written permission for the use of material (e.g., maps, figures) for which the copyright is owned by others
2. The following should be checked before sending the final version:
- that no pages are missing
- that there are no bad breaks between pages
- that the consecutive numbering of all sections, examples, tables, figures, and notes is correct and complete.
3. Upload a zip file containing the final paper in the EasyChair web site using the submenu [Submit a new version]. The deadline for receiving the final version is 30th June 2018.
Instruction for Poster Presenters
In adition to the paper which will be published in the proceedings, poster presenters will be required to create a poster according to the gudelines given below:

- Posters presentations are hard-copy (paper/poster) format only.
- Posters must fit within the designated space listed above.
- Posters should be as visually stimulating as possible.
- You may wish to use different colours emphasis or to differentiate. Be careful in your use of colours, some people are red-green colour blind and some colours do not stand out in contrast to others.
- Think about the message you are trying to convey and how it can be presented. Include illustrative examples if appropriate.
- Ensure all diagrams and pictures are labelled. A photocopy of the manuscript is not acceptable.
3. Content
Your poster presentation should include:
- The paper title and all authors at the top of the poster.
- A brief introduction, aim of the paper, experimental detail, conclusions, and references (make sure this information is presented in a logical and clear sequence).
- Explanations for graphs, pictures, and tables.
- The entire poster layout should be readable from 2 to 3m away.
