Authors should submit a paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the workshop themes. Papers should be written in English; spelling should be UK or US but not a mixture.
Only original papers should be submitted. Submission of a paper implies that the work described has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Your paper may be checked to verify originality and plagiarism. In case of plagiarism papers will be rejected without reviews. As reviewing will be blind, the paper should not include the authors’ names and affiliations. Furthermore, self-references revealing the author’s identity, should be avoided.
All papers should be submitted through the easychair, the online submission platform. Authors should follow carefully the instructions provided by the templates given here below for Word (NLPCS template). The same style-sheet is meant to be used for the final version, i.e. camera-ready submission. After the paper submission has been successfully completed, authors will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail.
Submitted Papers (Word document only) should be 10 pages long max., including references, tables, graphs, images and appendices. Submissions with less than 4 pages or more than 10 pages will be automatically rejected.
Accepted papers are awarded a 30 minutes slot for an oral presentation at the workshop followed by 10 minutes of discussion.
The Workshop Proceedings will be published under an ISBN number and include final versions of all accepted papers, adjusted to satisfy reviewers’ recommendations. They will be obtainable on CD-ROM support. A signed copyright form should be sent on the camera-ready submission to the secretariat, either by fax or (preferably) by normal mail.
